The Elementary Teacher Education Institution, Titilagarh came into existence in 1973 as Govt. Elementary Teacher Training School. The Institution Progressively acquired its present Status as Secondary Training School in 1980 and Elementary Teacher Education Institution (ETEI) from January 2015. It continuously producing quality elementary level teachers for universal achievement of Elementary Education in Odisha.
